Job Details
A global architecture and design firm is looking to grow their team and bring on a Business System Analyst on a full-time direct hire basis. This is an onsite position, working Monday through Friday in their Dallas, TX office.
The role will involve a mix of HR and IT responsibilities. In more detail you will be responsible to configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, Workday) with a focus on iCIMS, to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. You'll manage system updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and training materials. Any technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS and ATS platforms you will assist with and manage user access, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
On the business side you'll analyze current business processes and recommend improvements through system optimization and automation. You will also partner with HR and recruiting teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to designing and generate custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management.
- 5+ years of experience administering HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, or Workday)
- Specific need for iCIMS experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HR and recruiting systems, processes, and best practices
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis
- Experience with system integration and API connectivity
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with change management and training delivery
- Experience with SQL and database concepts
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
- HRIS certifications - such as iCIMS, UKG Pro, Workday, or related certifications are a nice to have
