Senior Manager, Tech Prod Mgmt

Position Summary
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely
with cross-functional teams, including engineering,marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver innovative products that meet market demands and align with the company s vision.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and market share.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development. Understand the product, user personas and business processes in which the product is used
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Create and maintain a healthy product/team backlog with quantifiable benefits and justification
Product Development: Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers. Work closely with engineering team to deliver on roadmap commitments
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Demo the product to clients, users and leadership team; to identify growth and efficiency opportunities

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid product management skills build and launch phase
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product development methodologies and tools; technical background is a plus.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in leading and managing other Product Owners will be a plus.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in US Healthcare Interoperability and Integration Projects
Familiarity with Payer domain and regulatory requirements around healthcare Interoperability will be a key success factor for this position
Working knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards is critical for this role
