Job Details

We’re hiring a Senior Scrum Master for a contract position with one of our longtime valued clients in the financial services sector. This is an onsite role in Downtown Pittsburgh, PA, leading an established development team working on client-facing, high-impact digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team alignment to Agile/SAFe principles

  • Take charge of an existing team and drive timely delivery of sprint objectives

  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders and leadership

  • Monitor sprint velocity, track KPIs, and manage team capacity effectively

Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification required)

  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

  • Strong ability to lead, influence, and foster accountability in cross-functional teams

  • Experience with customer-facing software delivery in enterprise settings

  • Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience preferred

  • Excellent facilitation and proactive communication skills

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA (onsite 3+ days/week)
