Job Details

Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of
custom technical solutions across the entire product suite of our client. This role combines technical
leadership and project execution, guiding engineers and workflow developers through the
successful implementation of enterprise-grade media workflows, systems integrations, and
cloud-based solutions
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, software integration,
scripting, and solution architecture. They are passionate about translating customer needs into
scalable, high-impact solutions and driving engineering excellence through mentorship, best
practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
Translates customer requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Contributes to writing and reviewing SOW from a technical perspective by providing
technical task breakdowns and estimates.
Collaborates with the Commercial Lead to align on project scope, milestones, and sprint
planning.
Defines technical architecture and workflow implementation approaches.
Help allocate technical resources and task prioritization based on sprint goals.
Works with Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure, integration, and
deployment requirements are met.
Reviews and approves code, enforces coding standards and best practices.
Ensures technical deliverables meet customer expectations and quality standards.
Fosters best practices in software development and workflow automation.
Mentor engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer deployments by recommending
complementary solutions.
Analyze existing customer setups to uncover inefficiencies and propose optimizations
using the broader product suite.
Serve as a technical advisor, helping customers realize greater value by aligning their
needs with the right combination of our clients capabilities
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.
2+ years of technical leadership or senior engineering experience.
Proficient in object-oriented design, APIs, scripting (e.g., Python, Bash), and cloud
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with workflow automation tools, version control systems,
