Principal Architect - W2 Only

Our Client, a Digital Infrastructure company, is looking for a Principal Architect for their Frisco, TX/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Architecture and implement (Configure/Customize) the Reltio MDM solution, including data modeling, survivorship, matching rules, workflows, and governance
• Ingest master data from ERP systems, CRM applications, and customer portals
• Create golden records by applying cleansing, unification, and deduplication logic
• Enrichment of master data from 3rd party providers like D&B, Zoom Info etc
• Distribute mastered data to downstream operational applications and analytical platforms in Google Cloud Platform
• Develop and maintain real-time and batch integrations using Reltio APIs and data pipelines
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, data engineering, and governance teams to align on standards and policies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and analysts working on the MDM program
• Support performance tuning, issue resolution, and enhancement of Reltio configurations

Requirements:

• 10 12 years of total hands-on experience in Reltio MDM implementation - data architecture, data engineering, or MDM implementation
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio, including configuration, integration, and domain modeling
• Expertise in MDM concepts: match/merge logic, survivorship, data quality, and stewardship
• Experience integrating Reltio with enterprise applications such as ERP platforms, CRM systems, and customer-facing portals
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and real-time/event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly the analytical ecosystem in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) (e.g., BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience migrating from legacy MDM tools (e.g., Informatica) to Reltio
• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise data initiatives
• Understanding of data governance tools and metadata management
• Experience supporting AI/ML and advanced analytics with clean, trusted master data
• Should have wide knowledge with Reltio | 2-3 implementation
• Architect role | Data management implementation
• Hands-on experience in configuring customizing /testing application.
