Job Details
- Administer Ivanti HEAT tool.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Gathering, validating, and updating CMDB data from various sources, including change requests, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Establishing and enforcing CMDB data policies and procedures, including naming standards, CI types, and relationships
- Generating reports and analytics on CMDB data to provide insights into IT infrastructure and performance.
