About the Role
We are looking for a certified and seasoned Lead Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module for a key client. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will be the functional expert guiding the project, making architectural decisions, and ensuring best practices are followed from discovery to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Employee Central implementation,
- acting as the primary functional architect and advisor to the client.
- Conduct strategic workshops with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, processes, and future-state design.
- Design and approve the overall EC solution architecture,
- including foundational data models, integration points, and data migration strategy.
- Lead the configuration team, providing guidance on complex Business Rules, Workflows, and UI adaptations.
- Make critical decisions on best practices and resolve complex functional issues.
- Oversee data integration design between EC and other SuccessFactors modules (PM, GM, Compensation) and/or third-party systems.
- Manage testing phases (Unit, UAT), provide end-user training, and ensure a successful go-live and hyper-care support transition.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience leading multiple, full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
MANDATORY CERTIFICATION:
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Required).
- Additional certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Professional - Implementation) are a strong plus.
- Proven leadership experience must have led a project team or been the primary functional lead on at least 2 projects.
- Expert-level knowledge of EC Core, Position Management, Time Off, Time Tracking, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Deep experience with integration technologies (CPI/SCP) and data migration methodologies.
