Requirement Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will analyze, configure, and support Oracle Fusion ERP applications, ensuring they align with evolving business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, or HCM. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify challenges, and document detailed functional requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.

Solution Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Fusion ERP modules to meet business objectives, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and best practices.

Implementation Support: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including testing, data migration, and user onboarding for Oracle Fusion ERP deployments.

Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.

Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver comprehensive training to end-users on Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation, including functional specifications, process diagrams, and user manuals.

Integration & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless system integrations and develop custom reports using Oracle tools (such as OTBI and BI Publisher).

Compliance & Security: Ensure all configurations comply with regulatory standards and uphold data security best practices.

Project Coordination: Contribute to project planning, monitor milestones, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP (Cloud) applications.

Proficiency with at least two Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM).

Demonstrated success in ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP configuration and tools (FSM, OTBI, BI Publisher).

Familiarity with integration technologies (OIC, SOA, REST APIs).

Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or similar query languages is advantageous.

Salary/ Rate: $60 - $80/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
