Seeking a Senior Specialist experience in Azure DevOps to lead and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment processes within the Azure technology architecture domain

Job Description

CICD enablement maturity Review standardization of CICD pipelines availability of Quality Gates Deployment Governance etc

DevOps tools integrations Review existing tools and assess integrations with offplatform systems such as ITSM Password Vaults DevOps governance systems etc

Agile methodology adoption Assess effectiveness of Agile constructs and practices adopted by teams like key roles ceremonies etc

Team readiness Assess skillgaps and coaching requirements

Design implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines to automate build test and deployment workflows Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Azure DevOps practices into software development lifecycle Develop and maintain infrastructure as code IaC using Azure Resource Manager ARM templates or other IaC tools Monitor and enhance CICD processes to improve release frequency and reliability Ensure security and compliance standards are integrated into DevOps practices Provide technical expertise in Azure cloud services to support scalable and resilient architecture solutions Stay updated with the latest Azure DevOps tools trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of DevOps strategies aligned with organizational goals within the Azure technology architecture family Manage and optimize Azure DevOps environments to support multiple development teams Mentor and guide junior team members on Azure DevOps tools and best practices Collaborate with architects and development teams to define and enforce DevOps standards and policies Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Azure DevOps pipelines and integrations Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions and enhance deployment efficiency Participate in capacity planning performance tuning and cost optimization of Azure resources Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance and security frameworks.
