Job Details
Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Winston Salem,NC
Qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering Required
5 years minimum of product design/development experience
Automotive terminal and connector design and manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly design principals
Proficient in technical tools such as 3D CAD (Creo preferred), CAE (ANSYS preferred), DoE, FMEA, and QFD
Basic problem-solving skills (Fishbone, 5 Why Analysis, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
Ability to manage multiple products/projects with attention to detail
Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle architectures and connectivity and experience with busbar and battery technologies is a plus.
