Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Architect to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will design and implement Workday solutions, collaborate across teams, and optimize enterprise resource planning processes to meet organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will oversee a team and drive high-performance operations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Workday administrators, analysts, and developers, fostering collaboration and ongoing skills development.
Manage the daily operations of Workday support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests.
Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture designs for Workday projects that align with enterprise standards.
Oversee technical quality initiatives, including scalability, maintainability, security, and extensibility.
Identify gaps between vendor implementations and architectural plans, proposing solutions and migration strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies for networking, server platforms, desktop services, and security.
Participate in design sessions to assess the need for module customizations and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Monitor compliance and implement best practices by analyzing and tracking data.
Develop backup, contingency, and disaster recovery plans to ensure system integrity and minimize downtime.
Optimize license utilization by monitoring usage, ensuring compliance, and recommending strategies for improvement.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in ERP systems, including a minimum of 5 years specializing in Workday solution design and development.

Proven leadership experience managing teams of administrators, analysts, or developers for at least 3 years.

In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and workforce management.

Strong expertise in Workday modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.

Preferred certifications in Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Workday Prism Analytics.

Proficiency in cloud technologies, ERP, CRM systems, and API development.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices for enterprise architecture.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
