Role Overview:
The role requires end-to-end ownership of financial accounting, taxation, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance for U.S.-based entities within the group. The incumbent will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage statutory requirements, coordinate audits, and handle financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Flow & Debt Management
Collaborate with Corporate Treasury to oversee loan agreements, renewals, and punctual interest/principal disbursements.
Administer and monitor global bank accounts, including openings and closures.
Tax Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Manage annual tax submissions (Federal & 14 States), including BEAT, CAMT, and quarterly tax projections.
Ensure timely submission of BEA reports (BE-605, BE-15, BE-12, BOI) and Delaware franchise/corporate taxes.
Oversee CTA adherence, RPT disclosures, CBCR, and assist with APA and TRC documentation.
Financial Operations & Reporting
Execute monthly and quarterly financial closings, consolidations, accruals, revaluations, and investment reconciliations.
Generate and distribute financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), board decks, and subsidiary financial summaries.
Audit Coordination & Regulatory Adherence
Partner with auditors for annual and quarterly reviews, litigation summaries, and statutory deliverables.
Compile cost audit data, track compliance updates, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
7-10 years of relevant experience.
In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and international compliance standards.
Practical experience with financial systems, cash management, and reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with global teams and regulatory authorities.
