Job Details
Responsibilities
• Image and configure laptops according to company standards
• Apply asset tags and maintain accurate inventory records
• Package and ship devices to end users using FedEx
• Assist with basic hardware setup, troubleshooting, and preparation
• Ensure tracking documentation is complete and accurate
• Keep the workspace organized and maintain a clean equipment area
Requirements
• Entry-level IT knowledge or basic hands-on technical experience
• Ability to follow documented processes
• Comfort working with laptops, labels, and basic tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
