Description:

The Systems Analyst 3 will play a key role in modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable, cloud-based data solutions to support HHSC transformation objectives. This position requires expertise in Oracle, AWS, and cloud-native architecture, focusing on data performance optimization, secure deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure agile delivery and adherence to architectural governance.

The analyst will assess business objectives, analyze user requirements, and develop system specifications to automate processing or enhance existing systems. Responsibilities include facilitating system improvements, maintaining secure and efficient data environments, and enabling seamless integration across legacy and modern platforms.
