Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Charlotte North Carolina 28262 (Candidate should be no more than 15 miles from work location)

Duration: 12+ months contract
Full Time W2 with benefits
Pay Range: $26.00-$28.75
Shift-9am-6pm

Job Description:
  • Microsoft office, proficient PC skills, adaptability and flexibility a plus.
  • Need flexibility, working in a support environment, answering calls, emails, etc.
  • Prior experience providing Support with technology within a call center environment.
  • Candidates who have worked within a technical support role in the past Level 1 or 2 would be a good match for this position.
  • It is not highly technical in nature they should provide excellent customer service via the phone and have excellent written and verbal skills to support customer base.
  • A candidate should have general technology exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments will be helpful.
  • Call volume will not be measured as much as providing a resolution to the issue when brought forward.
  • Broad Technical Exposure
  • Strong Communication Skills - Phone and Written Communication skills
  • Phone Support background.
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 plus months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Notes:
  • In office FIVE DAYS a week at CIC (Charlotte) no other locations are options
  • 12 month contract

Manager Notes:
  • Prefer call center experience.
  • They need to have an understanding of the call center environment has it has a very strict schedule to manage maximum coverage of the phones.
  • Customer Service orientated.
  • Basic technical skills required
