Position Overview

SAP ISU FICA Consultant

Requirements:

• Responsible for overall SAP ISU FICA delivery, solution evaluation, and managing production issues/incidents/enhancements.
• Involved in requirement gathering, business process design, configuration, RICEFW functional design, testing, and production issue resolution.

Primary Skills (Must Have):

• Strong experience in SAP CR&B/ISU FICA processes
• Expertise in areas like Incoming/Outgoing Payments, Meter-to-Cash Cycle, Account Determination, Collection Strategy, FICA-Billing Integration, Month-End Closure, Revenue Distribution
• BRF+ and Dunning by Collection Strategy experience

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Integration knowledge with Device Management, Finance, SD modules
• Strong domain knowledge of FICA product offerings
• Experience in Utilities sector (Electricity preferred; Gas/Water also acceptable)
