****Do not if you do not have Healthcare or Medicare / Medicaid experience.
Non work at home position, flexible hours between 7:30-8:30 am based on business need. May require >40hrs week for some projects.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate s degree in any major.
Required Work Experience: 3 years IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams.
Oversee full SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle
75% Waterfall/ 25% Agile
CMMI-DEV (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and EVM (Earned Value Management) experience.
IT Project Management Healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) experience. Background in Healthcare / Medicare is needed.
Active PMP is highly preferred. Can submit candidates who are actively working towards the PMP Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management.

Track schedule/cost variance
SAFe Training & Certification
No candidates with a wireless background (At&T, Verizon etc.) as the experience does not translate to this role.
Good job duration is needed, Please make sure to highlight specific projects worker has been involved with in relation to SDLC, any schedule / cost / earned value management experience. Demonstrated experience in the following areas to name a few:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Critical Thinking /Problem Solving/ Decision Making
Ability to understand technical components and integration
Day to Day: Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
Responsible for less efforts simultaneously and work efforts consisting of smaller size, low complexity and minimum system and customer impacts.
Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations.
Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts daily.
Ensure resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues.
Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort.
Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation.
