Pay Range:$21.07-$30.10/Hrs
Description
Responsible for IT success at multiple regional outpatient centers and offices.
Provide support for various systems and equipment to users.
Handle issues reported through multiple channels and provide support on site and remotely.
Report to IT Operations leadership for escalated support and learning opportunities.
Encouraged to analyze and recommend improvements to existing workflows and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the area.
Communicate with business leadership about ongoing and future projects.
Visit sites to check in with managers and users to resolve issues.
Maintain working knowledge of all equipment and systems supported.
Work with vendors to escalate issues and deliver resolution to end users.
Configure, monitor, and support internal and external networks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
Must have a car and valid driver's license.
Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations.
High proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.
Flexibility to travel between sites as needed.
