Job Title: B2C Data Analyst
At least 1 year with potential for extensions
Remote from anywhere is fine
Leverage existing data modeling to complete a segmentation project to support a high priority Mercury campaign for the the IKC business lane
This person will need to be able to understand Python well as be comfortable modifying code. Knowledge and understanding of statistical methods (cluster analysis) would be ideal as well.
Lastly, basic SQL understanding as they ll need to connect to Netezza (optional depending on how strong they are in Python, but preferred).

This person role will support the final steps of a segmentation project, leveraging existing data modeling to complete the segmentation project. This project supports a high-priority Mercury campaign for the IKC business lane.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Guest Teammate to assist in the final stages of a critical segmentation project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Python, with experience in modifying code, and familiarity with statistical methods, particularly cluster analysis. Basic SQL knowledge and experience connecting to Netezza are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Modify and maintain Python code related to data segmentation models.
Apply statistical methods, including cluster analysis, to refine segmentation structure
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and effective segmentation results.
Connect to Netezza (if possible) to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Python and ability to modify code.
Knowledge and understanding of statistical methods, like clustering technique (k-prototype)
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic SQL understanding.
Experience connecting to Netezza.
