Technical Salesforce Business Analyst

We’re driving innovation in financial technology and seeking a practical, solution-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. You’ll collaborate with Service, Operations, and Sales stakeholders, as well as engineers, architects, and QA teams, to design and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Gather and document business requirements; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes for automation and efficiency.
  • Design Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and technical capabilities.
  • Develop user stories, workflows, data mappings, and use cases.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency within Salesforce.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Salesforce Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Build reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Provide training and support for end-users.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst.
  • Expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and case management workflows.
  • Knowledge of document management, workflow automation, and BPM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
