Role Title: SQL Developer

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Preferred Location: Onsite 2 days a week in Beachwood, OH (3 days remote)

Role Description:
We are seeking a SQL Developer with a strong technical foundation and practical exposure to AI tools and frameworks. This role will support enterprise system development, integrations, and AI-enabled enhancements across a growing portfolio of applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and experienced in delivering scalable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries for enterprise applications
  • Support data integration and transformation processes across systems
  • Build and maintain solutions within Oracle and .NET environments
  • Contribute to AI-related development initiatives, including process automation and intelligent feature implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing modernization projects
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and deployment

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of SQL development experience with proven ability to write and optimize complex queries
  • Proficiency in Oracle and/or .NET environments
  • Exposure to AI technologies or platforms (e.g., machine learning models, NLP tools, AI-driven automation)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deliverables with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting system integration and backend development initiatives
