Pega CDH Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a large program initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables. A healthcare background and Pega CDH experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Convert business requirements into user stories for development teams.
Work closely with developers and architects to articulate technical capabilities and constraints.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Support large-scale program initiatives by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large program initiatives.
Strong understanding of Pega CDH (preferred).
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to developers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience in creating user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare-related projects.
Hands-on experience with Pega CDH.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
