Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UI Architect with deep expertise in React to lead and guide our front-end development team. This role combines hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and mentorship to ensure high-quality UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX/Visual Design teams to create optimal screen designs.

  • Architect UI application structure, modules, components, routing, and integrations.

  • Define and implement code maintenance strategies (repository, branching, merging, quality checks).

  • Lead UI application development, mentor developers, and perform code reviews.

  • Optimize performance for speed and scalability.

  • Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for advanced features.

  • Establish deployment and build strategies.

  • Continuously refine UI design and development processes.

  • Ensure adherence to information security standards within the application.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues with Web Services (SOAP/RESTful).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Strong OOPs concepts)

  • Frameworks: React (Minimum 2 years hands-on)

  • Patterns: MVC / MVVM

  • Integration: Web Services (SOAP / RESTful)

  • Testing: Unit testing with standard JS tools

  • UI Libraries: Kendo UI (Mandatory)

  • Additional: AJAX, JSON, performance optimization, deployment strategies, failure analysis.
