Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Westminster, CO 80021 / Lake Oswego, OR 97035

Schedule 3 days on-site/ 2 days remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract with Possible Extension

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Specialist to support the operationalization of our go-to-market strategies. This role will be critical in ensuring the accurate and timely input of product and pricing information into our systems, including Salesforce and our Content Management System. You will work closely with the Go-to-Market Operations Manager, Product Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and support the implementation and retirement of SKUs, pricing, and promo codes.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate SKU requests: Collaborate with product marketing to interpret SKU requirements, accurately complete necessary forms and fields, and submit setup requests.
SKU monitoring and management: In collaboration with the marketing services team, proactively monitor and manage SKU creation requests, ensuring timely progress by following up with relevant stakeholders as needed.
Pricing Management: Accurately set up and remove pricing, promotional codes, and discount schedules within relevant systems (primarily Salesforce) to support new product launches and sunsets.
Data Integrity & Testing: Create and execute test orders, collaborating with product, product marketing, and revenue operations teams to ensure comprehensive SKU testing and data accuracy across all downstream processes.
Troubleshooting & Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SKU creation, discrepancies, or data inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Content Management: Input, update, and maintain product names, descriptions and details within our Contentful content management system.
Store support: Handle store support issues and requests.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems efficiently.
Self-Starter & Adaptable: Proactive in organizing your work, capable of managing multiple priorities, and flexible in adapting to changing requirements.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse global teams.

Qualifications:
A degree in related fields of study or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of sales support experience in a customer facing environment
Minimum of 2+ years using Salesforce CRM
