we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities: The IT Project Manager leads and manages IT projects. This role involves collaboration, resource management, risk mitigation, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality project completion. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Project Management services will include, but are not limited to:
- Adherence to Project Management Institute standards, including waterfall and agile methods
- Effective management of project scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule using Monday.com
- Effective project risk management, issues, decisions, and change control
- Document/deliverable tracking
- Status reports and/or presentations to County leadership, as requested
- Customer and vendor engagement
- Additional project management services as defined by the IT PMO Manager.
Mandatory Skills:
- Project examples: County-Wide Phone System Replacement and other projects as assigned and funded.
- Candidates must be extremely thorough and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and workload independently and efficiently
- Excellent writing skills. Ability to express themselves effectively and accurately in writing; experience writing and communicating technical terms into non-technical language is preferred
- Project Management Professional preferred.
