Position: Help Desk Support Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and technical support. You'll support end users with hardware and software troubleshooting via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for PCs, peripherals, and general hardware issues
  • Handle password resets and user account support
  • Respond to and resolve end-user requests through a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and support office applications and printing functionality
  • Accurately document user interactions and escalate issues when necessary

Core Skills:
  • Help desk or support desk experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with password resets and user account maintenance
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting processes and remote support techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a help desk or call center role
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of desktop systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with networking printers and remote access technologies

Experience Level:
  • Intermediate

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
