Job Title: Hybrid IT Technician & Territory Development Consultant

Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-time
Compensation: Hourly + Commission
About the role:
We're expanding our footprint across the United States and seeking entrepreneurial IT professionals to help us build new markets from the ground up. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical support with client acquisition and territory development.
Ideal candidates are small MSP owners or freelance technicians who want to grow their income, shape their local presence, and be part of a scalable national team-without the burden of managing backend operations. We provide the platforms, billing, licensing, client management tools, and service infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best: delivering great service and building lasting relationships.
This is a growth-oriented position with the potential to evolve into a full-time leadership role as your territory matures.
Responsibilities:
Territory Development & Sales
- Prospect and engage local businesses in your region
- Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and solution presentations
- Build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Close deals and onboard new clients into our managed services
- Earn commissions on new sales and recurring revenue
Technical Support & Service Delivery
- Provide remote and occasional on-site IT support for SMB clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and manage RMM tools
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, backups, and endpoint security
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support (MSP or freelance technician background preferred)
- Strong understanding of SMB tech environments (Windows, networking, cloud services)
- Comfortable with consultative sales and client acquisition
- Familiarity with RMM platforms, ticketing systems, and remote support tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a client base
- Ability to work independently and manage territory growth
