Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Provide technical leadership across Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

Define Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party systems.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment strategies.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.

Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical designs, and solution diagrams.

Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to ensure team success.
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years on the Salesforce platform.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Salesforce Developer.

Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.

Experience designing and implementing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware tools).

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes (Copado, Gearset, Git, etc.).

Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in large enterprise or multi-org Salesforce environments.
