Overview:This position falls under the Engineering classification and is designed for professionals with technical experience in engineering or construction. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage end-to-end project execution from definition through implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet objectives.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure documentation is updated accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring adequate support and resources.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
