Adobe Cloud Administrator in Owings Mills, MD- hybrid onsite
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Cloud Administrator to manage, configure, and support our Adobe Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for user management, access provisioning, license optimization, integrations, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Adobe solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud products (AEM, Analytics, Campaign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and license allocations via the Adobe Admin Console.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and availability of Adobe services.
  • Support SSO, Identity Management (Azure AD/Okta/SAML), and access control integrations.
  • Handle license optimization, renewals, and compliance audits.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to user access, product activation, and integration failures.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users for Adobe Cloud solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Adobe environment management.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Hands-on experience administering Adobe Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Admin Console and user/license management.
  • Experience with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SAML, SCIM, LDAP).
  • Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and access control policies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Knowledge of API-based integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 6 years of experience as an Adobe Cloud Administrator or IT Systems Admin with Adobe products.
  • Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Admin, AEM, Analytics) are a plus.
