Job Title: HealthCare Product Owner
Location: Austin, TX
(Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Lead product development lifecycle activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
• Priorities and manage product backlog items based on business and customer impact.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear understanding of business goals and technical feasibility.
• Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare users, stakeholders, and market trends to enhance product features.
• Ensure products follow healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Qualifications:
• 6–8 years of experience in product management.
• 3–5 years of direct experience working in the healthcare domain (mandatory).
• Certified CSPO or POPM strongly preferred.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes
