Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Principal Consultant specializing in Absence Management (ABM) and Time & Labor (OTL) to join our team. This role involves serving as a functional expert and trusted advisor in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and deliver full lifecycle projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL implementation projects.
  • Gain the trust of clients, project team members, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide best practice guidance on modern business processes for Core HR, Workforce Compensation Cloud, and Benefits Cloud.
  • Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
  • Gather and interpret business requirements to configure the Absence Management and OTL modules appropriately.
  • Lead testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.
  • Stay updated on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide optimal solutions.
  • Understand integrations with other Oracle suite modules and collaborate with team members for configuration.
  • Coordinate efforts between business lines and consultants to implement the best solutions for clients.
  • Provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting in collaboration with the Technical Practice.

Qualifications:
  • 4 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead with current ABM/OTL expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, including at least 3 focused on ABM/OTL.
  • Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL, or other HCM Cloud modules is ideal.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred).
  • Cross-functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with specialization in Business or HR Management.
