Job Description:
- Resource to provide support for Payroll by examining the current time entry and payroll processes and providing recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
- Work with payroll team on developing improvements
- Updating and revising the processing playbooks/procedures related to Kronos Workforce Central as well as the PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll modules
- Develop analytical reporting and metrics to improve the payroll process inclusive of payroll related tickets entered into CA Service Desk help desk solutions
- Review and strength controls around the historical correction process
- Document the historical correction process
- Resource must have a good working knowledge and experience with Kronos Workforce Central and PeopleSoft Payroll
- Has an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and is a licensed CPA.
- Minimum of 2 years experience at a manager level related to engagements for the public and/or private sector, Federal, State or
- Local governments or in another specialized area as defined by a task order
