Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Technology Exploration:
Research and evaluate emerging sales technologies and AI solutions that could benefit the organization
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
Solution Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Optimization and Analysis:
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of existing sales technologies and AI tools
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Training and Support:
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate sales teams on new technologies and AI tools
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed
Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize AI and data analytics to generate actionable insights that inform sales strategies and decision-making
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, sales, and marketing teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and objectives
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on the impact and ROI of implemented technologies and AI solutions
Present findings to stakeholders and senior management
Qualifications:
Four-year degree required (Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field) or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of AI applications in sales and marketing
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
