Payroll Project Manager (Job ID JP23374)

Duration: 12 Months+
We're hiring a self-motivated Payroll Project Manager with experience leading and implementing regional and global payroll projects. The successful candidate will work directly with vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, and will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the projects are managed for a successful and timely implementation. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our fast-paced, collaborative culture. What we expect of you, day to day.
Planning and implementation of regional and global payroll projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Develop full scale project plans, including project tasks and resource requirements
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Gather and document business requirements, including the development of use cases and business process flows
Provide direction and support to project team
Perform quality assurance & payroll testing
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Qualifications

Functional payroll experience and/or oversight
Direct work experience implementing regional and/or global payroll projects
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
