Job Details

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and enterprise integration ecosystems. This role blends strategic design thinking, technical leadership, and exceptional communication, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and stakeholder influence.

You ll work closely with business and technical teams to define, shape, and deliver architecture that drives transformation in the manufacturing and service-oriented industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and performance-optimized architectures across service platforms and integration layers.
  • Translate business needs into actionable architecture that aligns with enterprise standards and supports long-term scalability.
  • Create clear, visually compelling architecture documentation, data flows, and integration designs using tools like Lucidchart.
  • Define system interactions and integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, MES, IoT, and customer portals.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and cohesion across business, functional, and technical perspectives.
  • Serve as a key driver for innovation, leveraging domain expertise to enhance customer service, field efficiency, and digital operations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and governance throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to validate designs and ensure implementation aligns with architecture intent.

Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of experience in Salesforce Architecture.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Deep familiarity with integration patterns, API design (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka).
  • Demonstrated experience working in or with manufacturing or service-related industries.
  • Proficient in visual communication and architectural storytelling using Lucid chart or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exposure to large-scale global implementations and enterprise data architecture.
