Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead large-scale programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have a background in managing high-profile programs, preferably within a pharma client, and possess expertise in agile methodologies along with a strong understanding of program management fundamentals such as budget, scope, schedule management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee all aspects of program and project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Drive agile working principles across teams, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
Ensure change management is effectively implemented, mitigating risks and addressing issues that may arise.
Collaborate with business and IT teams, fostering strong relationships to align project goals and requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and achievements.
Coordinate with vendors and partners as necessary, managing all external and internal communications.
Ensure effective budget management, tracking expenditures and ensuring the program is delivered within the allocated budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing large-scale programs or projects, particularly in the context of pharma client or similar large organizations.
Strong agile methodology knowledge, including experience in agile program or project management.
Demonstrated expertise in budget, scope, and schedule management for complex projects.
Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience applying them in large, dynamic environments.
Prior experience in supply chain, distribution, and SAP systems, with the ability to navigate between business and IT functions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of managing and mitigating program risks.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within the supply chain and distribution domains, with a deep understanding of the processes and challenges within these areas.
Familiarity with SAP solutions and their integration within supply chain or distribution operations.
Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery that meets business needs.
