Job Role: Blockchain Developer with DAML Specialist (Securities Settlement Pilot Project)
Job Location: New York City NY
Duration: 12+ month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• DAML Development: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DAML smart contracts tailored for the settlements of securities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the investment bank's team and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective DAML-based solutions.
• Blockchain Integration: Integrate DAML smart contracts into the existing blockchain infrastructure, ensuring seamless interaction with the settlement ecosystem.
• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security and compliance within DAML code, ensuring a robust and secure blockchain solution for securities settlements.
• Innovation: Contribute to the ongoing innovation of blockchain technology, exploring and adopting emerging trends to enhance the project's success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with a strong focus on DAML.
• Extensive knowledge of DAML and its application in securities settlements.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
• Previous involvement in projects related to securities settlements or financial transactions.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards in blockchain development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
