Description
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted IT advisor to New York office employees, providing expert support and guidance across all levels.
Deliver responsive and effective support for Windows 11, Office 365, and collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams.
Administer and maintain Microsoft cloud services including Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, Defender, and Entra ID.
Manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality user experience.
Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of servers, storage, databases, and communication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues; escalate to vendors when necessary.
Support Cisco networking infrastructure and ensure reliable network operations.
Maintain IT security protocols, including firewall management, anti-virus protection, and access control.
Perform patch management, system installations, and configuration of Windows servers and desktops.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to IT policy and procedure updates.
Lead inventory management for IT assets, ensuring accurate records and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in IT operations or system administration.
Proficiency in:
Windows 11, Office 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, Defender, Entra ID
Cisco Networking, LAN/WAN infrastructure
Network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and cloud environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support executive-level users.
Experience with firewall technologies (SonicWALL preferred) and endpoint protection.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment.
