Job Title: Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow with deep hands-on and architectural expertise across CSM, ITOM, and complex integrations. The role will lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own enterprise architecture blueprints, high-level designs, and technical documentation for ServiceNow.
  • Lead architecture across ServiceNow CSM and ITOM modules, ensuring optimal design and scalability.
  • Drive integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party/enterprise system integrations.
  • Align platform capabilities with business objectives, enterprise standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Enforce security, compliance, regulatory, and audit standards across all implementations.
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance to development and implementation teams.

 

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Strong ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Hands-on architectural experience with CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • Strong experience with ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, data integrations)
  • Experience defining scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions
