Dynamics 365 CE Architect

Job Overview:

As a Dynamics 365 CE Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing solution architectures, leading implementation efforts, providing technical guidance, and ensuring ongoing support and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize requirements.
• Develop solution roadmaps and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Design and document solution architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including integrations with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation systems.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to implement solutions, providing guidance, reviewing code, and ensuring quality assurance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and technologies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conduct business process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Develop and implement change management plans to support the adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Manage and support Dynamics 365 CE environments, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of the D365 CE solution across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years experience as a D365 CE Solution Architect
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, including architecture design, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
