Location:- Chicago IL or Princeton NJ ( Hybrid )
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives across the organization. The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring change projects meet business objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Apply a structured methodology (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to lead change management activities.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders across various departments and locations.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key barriers and mitigation plans.
  • Create and implement communication plans, training plans, and support tools to support change initiatives.
  • Work closely with project managers, HR, IT, business leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and report on change management effectiveness, adoption metrics, and project KPIs.
  • Manage change requests, approvals, and documentation in line with governance and compliance standards.
  • Support the development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) roadmaps for major transformations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Development.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT implementations, ERP rollouts, or digital transformation projects.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus.
Preferred:
  • Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL-based change management processes, or enterprise tools.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, PMP).
