**Qualifications Needed:**
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field with a solid foundation in actuarial analysis.
- A decade or more of specialized experience in the Property and Casualty actuarial sector.
- Completion of at least 3-4 actuarial exams.
- Mastery in statistics, calculus, and probability with hands-on experience in predictive modeling.
- Proficient understanding of actuarial pricing techniques and industry-standard methodologies.
- Proven ability in data analysis, cleaning, and utilization of tools like Python and Sequel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt fluidly in a changing business environment.
