Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst
Location: San Antonio/Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term

Need to have the below:
1.Need Guidewire Business Analyst experience with minimum one GW implementation (like Configuration or Integration or Rating experience) and the documentation process.
2.Deep understanding on Agile process - Jira/Rally
3.Story creation/breakdown, Refining user stories, Lead the workshop and drive the requirements gathering/story elaboration process
4.Breakdown the Feature into user story and effectively writes and refines user stories, including clear and accurate acceptance criteria and on relative sizing of story points for the Features.
5.Need to identify the risk and dependencies
6.Review the test results/outcome and able to provide the demo on the user stories completed
7.First point above is mandatory for GW BA and 2nd point - Agile process is mandatory for this Client.

Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
4. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
5. Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
7. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as sql, python, or r.
2. Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
3. Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or kanban.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
6. Analytical mindset with a detail oriented and problem-solving approach.
7. Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
