Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Workforce Solutions clients in Morristown, NJ .
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team. They support a hybrid infrastructure environment that contains equipment in multiple colocation facilities as well as the public cloud. Going forward, they have a cloud-first strategy and will look to migrate additional workloads. This role will focus on supporting, optimizing, securing and expanding the company's infrastructure footprint while also maintaining critical networking and endpoint systems. This hybrid position is based out of Morristown, NJ and offers a pathway to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support core Azure infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Security).
Support networking environments, including Cisco Meraki and FortiGate firewalls.
Manage VPN connectivity and remote access security.
Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.).
Administer Microsoft Intune for policy enforcement, device compliance, and endpoint management.
Automate tasks and improve system efficiency using PowerShell or equivalent scripting.
Collaborate with the SOC on SentinelOne monitoring and threat remediation.
Oversee device provisioning using Windows Autopilot.
Manage incident resolution and service requests through the Freshservice ticketing system.
Provide Tier 3 hands-on support in coordination with the internal end-user support team.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in systems and network administration.
Proven expertise with Azure, M365, Entra, Intune, and Autopilot.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet (FortiGate) solutions.
Proficient in VPN administration and endpoint security best practices.
Familiarity with Colocation Datacenter facilities and MDF rooms at corporate locations and support of the networking and server equipment that resides within.
Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting tools for automation.
In depth experience with Identity Management, including Active Directory, Entra, and SSO solutions.
Operational experience with Enterprise EDR such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Defender.
Experience with activities such as SSL Cert & Domain registrations / renewals
Experience with Enterprise Ticketing Systems such as Freshworks, ServiceNow, Atlassian, etc.
Ability to work independently while being resourceful with the ability to prioritize work efforts and multitask as needed.
Strong troubleshooting, solving, critical thinking, planning, collaboration, time management and analytical skills.
Available to work non-standard hours when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Willingness to help end users with little understanding of technology.
