Job Details

Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Experience: 12+ years required
Location: Local candidates preferred

We are looking for a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in developing RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows), integrations, and reports within the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on full-cycle implementations, data migration, and integration projects using Oracle s cloud technologies.

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have):
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Development: Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent modules

  • RICEFW Development: Proven experience in designing and developing RICEFW objects

  • Data Conversion: Deep experience using HDL (HCM Data Loader), UCM, and MFT tools

  • Integration Development: Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Web Services

  • Reporting: Proficiency in building BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBI reports

  • Extracts & Fast Formulas: Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas

  • Page Personalization: Customizing HCM application pages using sandbox environments

  • Development Tools: Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, JavaScript, XML, Web Services

  • Middleware: Familiarity with integration platforms and orchestration (preferably OIC)

  • Version Control & Standards: Experience adhering to development standards and using structured development methods

  • Quarterly Updates: Strong knowledge of managing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and understanding feature impacts

Preferred Technical Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OTBI and BIP report development

  • Familiarity with SFTP, Oracle Graphical Language (OGL), and Redwood Pages

  • Experience in leading on-prem to Oracle Fusion HCM conversions

  • Knowledge of Oracle Recruitment Booster

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years overall in technical systems development, including 3+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Must have led or contributed to at least two end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

  • Previous consulting or systems integrator experience strongly preferred
