Position Overview:
The Project Manager will lead complex Agile projects focusing on Salesforce implementations, rollouts, migrations, and integrations. This role demands excellent stakeholder management capabilities, strong proficiency in creating impactful presentations, and experience in orchestrating significant change across business and IT domains. The ideal candidate will seamlessly navigate interactions with senior business and IT leaders to deliver transformational Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities: -
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for Salesforce initiatives including implementations, feature rollouts, process improvements, integrations, and migrations related to new acquisitions or business lines.
  • Actively manage Agile teams, facilitating Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, maintaining the product backlog, and tracking sprint velocity and progress.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive, executive-level presentations clearly communicating project objectives, progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, promptly identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Drive the execution of effective change management and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user acceptance.
Qualifications: -
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in Agile environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Salesforce projects (implementations, integrations, migrations, and rollouts).
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, adept at communicating effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
  • Strong capabilities in preparing and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects or programs successfully, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe Agilist) highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) desirable.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive risk management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platforms, capabilities, and best practices.
