Join a dynamic team as a Post Production Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the production and delivery of original content. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless post-production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage cost-tracking systems for post-production projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of assets from third-party productions to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Organize and monitor post-production budgets, schedules, and vendor information.
  • Coordinate with production, development, localization, and technology departments for project alignment.
  • Manage daily calendars and projects for Post Executive team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and streaming service teams to enhance content delivery.

Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in post-production coordination.
  • Excellent writing skills with a knack for technological fluency.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cost-tracking and budget management tools.
  • Familiarity with content localization and mastering processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
