Product Owner (Commercial Real Estate)

Pay Rate -$ 55/hr on C2C
Remote: ET/ CT - Travel will depend on a need basis and is not expected to be frequent.
*Needs experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending*
Must Have's:
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferably in property valuation, order management, reconciliation and audit
- Product Management
- Requirements and Stakeholder management
Product Backlog Management:
- Creating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
- Creating user stories and ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and have well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable with process mapping and gap analysis with senior team support.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
- Eagerness to learn regulatory impacts, investor guidelines and compliance constraints.
- Working with the development team to ensure backlog items are understood and actionable.
- Good communication and documentation skills for working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Domain Knowledge
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferably in property valuation, order management, reconciliation and audit.
- Understanding of key entities: borrower, lender, investor, servicer and valuation vendor roles.
- Tools & Technologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Agile Project management tools.
- Working knowledge of VISIO, Lucid chart or similar process flow creation
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and data validation.
- Exposure to CRE platforms is plus.
Soft Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different teams.
- Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
