Job Title: PA/EA IAM Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess Privileged Access (PA) and Elevated Access (EA) at the application level through discovery activities such as questionnaires, interviews, and workshops.
Collaborate with application and system owners to identify and document access control gaps and develop effective remediation plans.
Provide subject matter expertise on Privileged Access Management (PAM) architecture and deployment best practices.
Analyze PAM system logs and correlate data from application, network, and system logs to troubleshoot access-related incidents and issues.
Design and configure secure integrations with external authentication and directory services, including LDAP, RADIUS, and SAML.
Document business and technical requirements related to access management and coordinate with platform owners and other stakeholders to ensure proper implementation.
Contribute to the overall IAM strategy, controls, and roadmap with a focus on risk reduction and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of PAM architecture, deployment models, and best practices.
Experience conducting PA/EA discovery assessments and developing remediation plans.
Hands-on experience analyzing system, application, and network logs for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Familiarity with secure integration protocols (e.g., LDAP, SSO/SAML, RADIUS).
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Prior experience with leading PAM tools.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and frameworks
Experience working in large financial enterprise environment or regulated industry.
